November can be a busy month...
After road cleanup, we hosted the White River Cabin Association members at our cabin on Sunday, November 7. Everyone had a great time!
A Limosine, Champagne, dinner at Le Gourmand's -- Mom had a fine 80th Birthday celebration! - November 10
Imagine, two Lola's with birthdays one day apart! The Keg hosted our celebration for Lola Cowan's 71 birthday. The Happy Birthday Song is always fun. Alissa and Christian had fun drawing Keg Pictures. - November 11
Terry and Karen Spencer spend each "winter" in New Zealand. And of course, they need to have a going away party! Valorie & I enjoyed their party. George and Moselle were there. Mark Spencer had a great time playing hide-n-seek with Sophie. (Hey, how did that picture of Bob get in there?) - November 13
Anne returned from Arizona for the Holidays. Her plane was 25 minutes early so we finally found her at baggage claim. A few days later, Scott and Kayrena flew in from Arizona to visit for Thanksgiving. We are going to have a house full! - November 19
In 1985 we bought our first home computer. It was a Coleco ADAM computer. To learn more about computing, we started an ADAM computer user group. Jeanne Vandeberg hosted our group for ten years. On Sunday, November 21, we celebrated with Jeanne and Cliff. November 24 is their 50th wedding anniversary! Congratulations!
For our 25th Wedding anniversary, Anne, Paul and Thomas bought us tickets (in dome seating) on the dinner train. Now, two years later, one day before our 27th wedding anniversary, we used the tickets and rode the train from Renton to the Columbia Winery in Woodinville. The view from the dome of the dinner train was wonderful. Bought some wine at the Columbia winery and had chocolate cake on our return journey.
